They are period-correct for early model Aladdin glass and metal lamps. They are noticeably different compared to their new N115N replacements – they have a deeper concave shape. They fit Aladdin lamps with recessed threads. They fit early 1930s Aladdin glass lamps that include Venetian, Colonial and Cathedral, as well as Aladdin metal lamps. You can buy new ones, but these are genuinely old as you can tell from the deeper concave shape. Genuine vintage ones of this quality are impossible to find now. I sorted a piled of these old concave plug caps and discarded the corroded ones. Then I polished the tops using jewelers polishing equipment. They have a bright mirror finish. There are two variations: Closed and open bottoms. I also removed the old brittle gaskets and replace them with new gaskets made of Nitrile rubber.
