Bar-code of spot color ink Light Gray is No.0, which is same as Black ink(MDC-FLCK, MDC-FLK3). In other words, MD printers recognize the Light Gray ink as Black ink. Note: Spot-Colors are unable to be printed on decal paper sharp and clearly at 600dpi and 2400dpi Black printing. 2. In order to set-up 1200dpi printing follow the directions below, to print with good resolution: Printer Properties… Document Type: Grayscale Media type: Laser Paper Check ‘Print On Backside’. You must stop the paper curl reforming process by checking ‘print on Backside’. Overprinting works only when the Spot-Color Inks are used over other ink such as Cyan MDC-FLCC, Magenta MDC-FLCM and Yellow MDC-FLCY. Do not attempt to print over Spot Color Inks as other ink will not adhere correctly. 4.
