Normal wear and tear with scratches and scuffs on top, bottom and edges (See Pictures). THE UNIT WILL NOT POWER ON!!! *PARTS/REPAIR* Returns & Exchange Policy NOTE – Items are described to the best of our ability. Items are NOT new unless noted in the description and/or title. If we advertise the item in working condition, we will issue a refund for a defective product or replace it if we have a similar product in inventory. If the item is listed “as is,” or as “parts/repair” or “parts and/or repair” it may not be tested and is not covered as a return through EBay’s return policy. We will accept returns of items listed as “New”, “Open Box”, or “Used” that are found to be non-functioning for fourteen (14) days after the original purchase date. Only items found to be in non-functioning condition are eligible for return.
