In New Condition, placed in a binder when received and not removed since, until I took them out for the pictures provided here for you and to subsequently ship to the buyer. While photographing the sealed envelope, found that this glue is losing its bond to the envelope. I did not mess with this in any way, I have left them exactly as they are.
