Forehead rest pad must’ve fallen off at some point and appears to have been glued back on (see pic #11). Comes with equipment cover. Cover has noticeable yellowing / fading and stains, and has ripped in some places and repaired with clear packing tape. Unit powers on and gave an “ERROR” message upon boot-up before initializing to a main screen as seen in pic #7. Joystick machinations appear to work properly. Chin rest and main head moved up and down automatically as prompted by controls. We are unable to test all functions, and we can do no practical tests, so for that reason, we are categorizing this item “for parts / not working”, and selling AS IS, NO GUARANTEES, NO WARRANTIES, NO RETURNS.
