Halogen bulbs such as turn signals or high beam bulbs may or may not be included and are not guaranteed if they are. Xenon and LED bulbs when included are guaranteed to be functional. All of our lights are purchased as cores. This means that we do NOT have access to the VIN of the donor vehicle. If you need a VIN for a salvage inspection we are unable to provide one.
